El blog que tienes ante ti nació con
la idea de organizar de manera taxonómica las imágenes de los seres que he
ido fotografiando a lo largo del tiempo y de mis viajes a distintos lugares del planeta, sin olvidar los de mi propio lugar de origen. Posteriormente, se ha ido
incluyendo información escrita e incluso algún que otro vídeo.
Esta organización taxonómica hace que el blog no
tenga mucha semejanza con otros blogs que suelen estructurarse
cronológicamente como diarios o cuadernos de campo, así que es mejor ignorar las fechas de publicación de las entradas y, si quieres saber cuándo se hizo una fotografía, hacer click sobre su título.
Por esta organización, puede dar la impresión de que azulpalidophoto no se actualiza con frecuencia. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Todas las semanas hay nuevas
incorporaciones, en forma de datos, fotografías y/o actualizaciones
en las clasificaciones.
Recomiendo utilizar las ETIQUETAS o el cajetín de búsqueda del lado derecho de la pantalla para encontrar la entrada
que nos interese.
Con el fin de hacer una navegación fluida en las entradas donde aparezcan varias especies, los
organismos que tengan un alto número de fotografías tendrán sus propias entradas independientes, mientras que
se mantendrá una única fotografía para representarlos en la
entrada de su grupo taxonómico. Estos organismos pueden encontrarse
seleccionando su etiqueta en el lado derecho
(ejemplo.- “Especies: Leopardo”, especie presente en la entrada "Carnivora").
La calidad de las fotografías
presentes en el blog varía desde las que han sido expuestas
físicamente en galerías o universidades, hasta fotografías
meramente testimoniales y de baja calidad de especies que no pude
captar de otra manera.
Por supuesto, pueden existir errores en
la identificación o en algunos datos presentes en el blog. Si se

Desde hace un tiempo, voy etiquetando mis observaciones en la plataforma iNaturalist, para complementar su utilidad científica.
Espero que este blog pueda ser de
utilidad a todo aquel que desee disfrutar de mis fotografías y
aprender más sobre la hermosa y amenazada diversidad de nuestro
pequeño mundo.

About this blog and how to manage it.
The blog you're reading was born from the idea of organizing, in a taxonomic way, the images of the creatures I've photographed over time and during my travels to different parts of the world, including those from my own homeland. Later, written information and even the occasional video were added.
This taxonomic organization makes the blog quite different from other blogs that are usually structured chronologically, like diaries or field notebooks. Therefore, it's best to ignore the publication dates of the posts and, if you want to know when a photograph was taken, click on its title.
Because of this organization, it might seem that azulpalidophoto isn't updated frequently. Nothing could be further from the truth. Every week there are new additions, in the form of data, photographs, and/or updates to the classifications.
I recommend using the TAGS or the search box on the right side of the screen to find the post you're interested in.
To ensure smooth navigation in entries featuring multiple species, organisms with a high number of photographs will have their own separate entries, while a single photograph will be used to represent them in the entry for their taxonomic group. These organisms can be found by selecting their tag on the right (example: “Species: Leopard,” a species present in the “Carnivora” entry).
The quality of the photographs on this blog ranges from those that have been physically exhibited in galleries or universities to simply documentary and low-quality photographs of species that I was unable to capture otherwise.

For some time now, I have been tagging my observations on the iNaturalist platform to enhance their scientific value.
